In honor of Easter Sunday, from Paper 171:8 I read the story of "As Jesus Passed By" and what this God-man was like as he lived among men and women in his day. It's a short story, but perhaps one you have not heard before.

From Paper 49, we learn all about the different kinds of will creatures who evolve on different planets throughout the universe. What makes this even more interesting is the common fact that all will creatures of soul potential have a special gland in their brain that makes our spiritual life even possible, what the Urantia Book calls the "citadel of the mind."

Part 3 of the Urantia starts with the history of our world, including a brief introduction to the beginnings of the nebula that gave birth to our sun. It's a fascinating trip back into the far reaches of time to witness the creation of Christ Michaels's universe, of which we are a part. This episode puts into perspective the relative meaning of time, the vastness of space, and the effort that goes into universe-building.
